Why I love what I do

I have been baking since I was a child. You could say that it was in my blood. As an adult, I continued this love by working as a professional baker and have for 15 years now.

Celiac disease, lactose intollerance, MS and food allergies have always plagued me. Because of the lack of good tasting gluten free and sugar free foods, I often deviated from my strict diet and suffered the consequenses every time. They were all stiff, cardboard-like, gritty and bland tasting. This led me to begin the search for good gluten free and sugar free recipes. After many years of experimenting with recipes, I finally perfected them. Finally, guten free breads, doughnuts and cakes that are soft, fluffy, airy and delicious.

Now you can benifit from my discoveries. Enjoy all of the taste you love without all the ingredients you don't.

Currently, we only accept check or money order.

Delivery Services
We will deliver to a local Berlin or Gorham New Hampshire business, home, nursing home or hospital if requested. Deliveries for orders over $30.00 are free, however; orders under$30.00 will have a $5.00 delivery charge.   Because each orders is baked fresh, deliveries will be made on a next day basis.

Shipping Services
We ship UPS for the contiguous United States.
We ship USPS for Hawaii, Alaska, P O Boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and Anywhere in the World.  (Additional delivery charges apply.  Charges are based on weight and destination of the package.  Call us for an exact price or the additional shipping will be added to your order)Orders shipped via Standard Delivery Service will normally arrive within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the order.  We will hold orders for later delivery at your request.  Standard Shipping and Handling charges are determined by the value of the merchandise and are charged per address.
